Overview
About Me
I'm an easy going Italian-Brit who enjoys meeting new people and would like to make the most of the beautiful continent I live on.
I work as a social researcher but in my free time I love cycling, making and watching documentaries and of course travelling.
The Obligatory 'My Philosophy' Section
I'd say meeting new people and seeing new places enriches life.
Meeting interesting people can be a thrilling experience, but we also don't need to travel far to achieve it. That said, travelling seems to give me (and many other people I know) loads of energy, time and time again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In February 2016, I travelled from Oxford to Milan in 36 hours without spending money, all to raise money for 4 great charities.
In August-September 2017 I spent a month teaching English to Syrian and Kurdish refugees in SW Turkey, a really testing but rewarding experience. Met some extraordinary and lovely people there.
In summer 2018 I worked on a farm in southern Germany (organising mostly just 1 day before) and met fascinating people.
In August 2019 I jumped out of a plane 4.57km above Devon, England, i.e. I skydived. It was incredible. There's nothing like it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Great stories. Good pasta carbonara. Life tips if you'd like any.
To surfers: Just be aware that since moving to London I live in a studio with no sofa and one bed so although hosting isn't impossible it might not be the most comfortable stay you'll have in London.
