About Me

Originally from Mexico. I have always loved traveling, trying different experiences and meeting people from different backgrounds. I am very chill and open minded. I always try to live in the present.

I grew up in Querétaro, Mexico. I studied for a semester in Lyon, France. I worked for a couple of years in Mexico City and in 2019, I moved to Boston, US for work.

I love the outdoors. I enjoy hiking, chilling at the beach, staring at a campfire, skiing, kayaking, scuba diving, going for long walks in the city. I also love photography. I take pictures of everything I see. I recently got into drone photography.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe in the philosophy behind couchsurfing "a world made better by travel and travel made better by connection". I used couchsurfing when I was traveling around during my semester in France. I always had great experiences and met amazing people. I am hoping to start using it again to make my traveling more exciting

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all types of music (classic, pop, rock, deep house, techno, country, rap, etc), really depends on my mood in the moment. Some of my favorites at the moment include Kygo, Oasis, Coldplay, The Killers, Ludovico Einaudi, Hans Zimmer

Similarly, I enjoy all movie genres depending on the mood. I particularly like if there is an unexpected twist at the end

When I find the time, I also enjoy a good book. I used to read fiction but lately I've been reading non-fiction. Some good books I've read include fiction: The Analyst, all Dan Brown, all Harry Potter series; non-fiction: The Power of Now, The Subtle Art of not Giving a F*ck

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked for 5 days in the Peruvian Andes to arrive to Machu Picchu - I highly recommend it
