Overview
About Me
It is already more than one year since I am outside my home country (Peru), most of that time I have been working and traveling in Australia (whv). It is the longest time that Ive been abroad without coming home!
I consider myself open minded, respectful, easygoing, friendly, curious and quite active.
I am an architect, but since I left home havent been working on that (that doesnt mean that I dont like it, but I also like doing/trying other things, like traveling).
I think one of the best parts of traveling is the people that you get to meet, either if they are other travelers or locals.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think it is a nice way of meeting and sharing experiences with other people. Until now I have only hosted, so I am really excited to be hosted for the first time . I dont see this plattform as a free hostel room or a dating app.
It will be very nice to spend some time together, sharing a meal or a beer, meeting your friends, going for a walk, etc, obviously depending on your availability.
Interests
Well well well...I have quite many interests, from trekking and camping to spending a whole day in a museum. From playing board games to going out for some beers, or drinking beers playing board games.
Since I am an architect, I do enjoy a lot visiting some specific buildings or places, most of those wont be found interesting to non-architects.
I also like a lot outdoors activities, in the nature as well as in cities.
In the past year I started cooking for work reasons and I enjoy it a lot, so I am trying to learn as much as I can everytime.

Music, Movies, and Books
Im not really fuzzy about music, I like listening to many different types.
About movies...I can tell you what I usually dont like: the usual american comedy/horror/romantic/superhero movie. I try to find movies with an interesting story/plot that is developed in an interesting way, yeah I know...sounds really general, but I hope you get my point.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This could be a good topic to discuss in person.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you want to learn a bit about Peru, or Latin America (culture, food, language...)

If you are learning spanish, I can help you with that, I can also cook something that I hope you will enjoy (I am trying to develop my cooking skills)
