CURRENT MISSION

My friend and I are taking a backpacking trip to Europe for two months during the summer of 2008 to meet new people and have a good time. We want to escape the United States for a time.

I love to travel and experience different people and cultures. I speak Spanish, French, Portuguese, and English of course. My studies in school focus on Global Issues and I would like to work with the United Nations when I graduate.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

To be honest I'm a poor student, and I don't have very much money for hostels/hotels or whatever, so I'm joining CS2 hoping that someone will find it in their heart to let me stay with them for a few days.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never had any couchsurfing experiences. I've only hosted exchange students for long periods of time.

I'm interested in Music, Politics, Global affairs, travelling (obviously). I also LOVE to party and go clubbing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to a very secluded island in Fiji called Vatulele. It's a peace corps. island, so the only inhabitants are fijians. There was no running water or electricity. The best feeling I've ever had was to be on that island with no phone, tv, or chaotic noise.
