Hey. I'm Richie, I'm a medical student from the UK with a love of travelling, food and sports (in no particular order). I'm doing a last-minute trip to Oslo with my friend for a few days, and I'm looking for a host to stay with. I love cooking, so in return I would be more than willing to cook up some traditional English food! It would be great to hang out too and maybe go for a drink :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I Couchsurfed in Vienna a few years ago, and it was a fantastic experience. Our hosts showed us around the city, we did some local hiking, got to practise some German and sample traditional Austrian food. I'm going to Oslo on Sat 30th Nov till 2nd December, and I'm looking for a host to stay with for cultural exchange, making friends, and hopefully hang out with.

Interests

I'm very sporty, especially snowboarding, thai boxing and climbing. Also really enjoy running and cycling when the weather is good!

Music, Movies, and Books

Good Will Hunting is my favourite movie. As far as books, I really like the Stephan King horror genre. I admitedly have terrible taste in music!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went wreck diving in Coron, Philippines. Absolutely amazing experience!
