About Me
Hello :)
I'm Ricardo Aguilar (but everyone just calls me Rick), living in Southern California. One of my favorite things about where I live is the weather because its always good for just about any thing at any time.
I love to stay upbeat, but pace myself since life is a marathon not a race. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing life stories.
I would say I'm easy going and funny, but "funny" is like a cup of tea because it comes in many flavors. So your only funny until someone says your not. I like to be clean, but don't request that from others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since I was a kid, I've always wanted to see the world for myself. And although I could choose to stay at hotels, I would imagine thats a lot like eating by yourself, which doesn't sound like very fun. After talking to a friend, Couchsurfing peeked my interest because it's not just a place you can stay, its also a place to make new friends and learn about the place your in from the experiences of your host.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The last amazing thing I have done was ride a little over 100 miles on a single geared bike. When I finished, it felt like I was walking on cooked spaghetti noddles for legs and I could barely feel anything else. Eventually my body recovered and my tan lines faded (turns out you have to reapply sunscreen, which I didn't - silly me), so now all I have from the ride is my experience and prospective on range - as things don't seem so far as they once us to.
