About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see how big the world actually is...

ABOUT ME

I am a very open adventurous individual who plans on seeing what the world has to offer. I up for learning as much as I can, and for passing on what I know. Taking photos, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures are the reason why i travel. The world is too interesting to just sit at home doing nothing. After 4 years of travel, it is time to give back.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone is who they are because of what they have seen, what they have done, and who they have met. No story is better than anyone elses. Each good move and every bad one I have made has shaped me into who I am, and I wouldn't change that for the world.

Live life, meet people, and smile :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After backpacking across 5 continents and 40+ countries, I found myself behind a desk while dreaming of my next set of travels. While I have a place to stay, my doors are open to share stories, tips, and a few drinks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard about CS right before I started traveling and I LOVE the concept. I hoped to come away a seasoned couch surfer, but as a single guy traveling it was surprisingly hard to find a place to stay.

Interests

Food, photos, and culture. I enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, diving, rock climbing, and just about anything else that keep me away from a desk! Im up for trying new things, checking out festivals, meeting strangers, and maybe one day go cliff diving...

I hope to play backgammon with someone who doesnt speak english, work on a farm in New Zealand, and drink Ayahuasca in Peru.

Music, Movies, and Books

There isnt a who lot that I don't like. My favorite books recently are Dove, What the Dog Saw, and Freakonomics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I know this is a bit silly, but it was the biggest snowball fight EVER! I was in Quebec in Jan, and out in this park there were 80-100 people in the craziest snowball fight I could have ever dreamed to be in... It is amazing how quickly you make best friends when you have a dozen people out to get ya...
