We're a couple ... 25 years together. We moved to Merida in 2014, but have owned a home here for a few years. We have plenty of room to have a few new friends stay over.

So far, we've been fortunate to have hosted some really great people. Hope to continue this streak--and perhaps surf ourselves some day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well...we kind of couch surfed before the internet was popular. Travelling in Europe in the 80's/90's...we'd meet people in bars, on trains, even in church who would invite me (us) to stay with them.

Interests

Boating, movies, good books. We enjoy being outdoors--and Merida is perfect for being and "living" outdoors.

Music, Movies, and Books

Our IPods have a personality crisis. You'll find classical, country, Italian rap, Laurie Anderson, The Carpenters, lots of latin music---and too much Smiths, Morrissey, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We are fortunate enough to have lived in and visited many amazing places. We've met incredible people along the way who have enriched our lives.
We've been through our share of hurricanes and don't want to experience any more. We think cold places are for visiting--and don't want to live in them.
