I am human, being and feeling and living as best I can with what I know. I am a husband, a father, a teacher and a bodyworker. I love nature and all her gifts, and I try to tread lightly as possible. I am curious and observant, and am interested in people.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live, listen twice as much as you talk, extend and you will be extended to. Life is a gift from God, and our gift to God is our life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Today, I am a surfer, but am intrigue by the idea of hosting! We live in rural Northeast Connecticut, and there's not much out here except horse farms, woods, pickup trucks, and the UCONN campus.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had one great experience during a 10 day retreat in Richmond Virgina.
