Checking it out at first. But after hosting a few amazing people, enjoy the experience of meeting outgoing, fun, and diverse people wanting to have a local's perspective of Santa Barbara.

- People that are flexible with my schedule (during the week I get up early for the gym, you are welcome to join me too)
- Non-smokers (no smoking in my building) and respectful people
- People who are independent as I am not always free to show you around
