About Me
Expert mistake-maker
Perpetual self-educator
Peanut butter connoisseur
I love trying new things, and I have way too many interests. Chances are, we probably share a few hobbies.
I live a fairly active lifestyle. When I visit new places, I often prefer to walk around town rather than drive or rely on public transportation.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
to meet cool people, see new places, and avoid being a consumer :)

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to films and books, I like documentaries, science fiction, fantasy, and historical fiction. Some of my favorite authors include Bill Bryson, Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchet, and George Orwell.
With music, the only thing I really don't like is top 40. I studied music in college and can bring myself to appreciate nearly anything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Completed the tallest commercial bungee jump in the world (233m), at night from the top of Macao Tower
Teach, Learn, Share
Teaching: I'm a former ESL teacher, so I can give you pointers on your English. Beyond that, I currently work as a software engineer, so I could teach you some coding basics or give some pointers if you're currently working on a project. I also know a bit about music, culture, and cooking.
Learning: everything!
Sharing: friendship :)
