我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am traveling to Miami for a week or two to finish my final Yoga Teacher Certification so I can open my own yoga school. I am doing a private training with Jhon Tamayo at Atmananda Miami and need a place to stay near the studio which is in South Beach. I have only used couch surfers once before, when I travelled to New Orleans for a previous training. My dates are flexible because this is a one on one program. I will often be starting class as early as 3am and will be in school as late as 5pm, maybe later if I choose to participate in evening events. I was offered this special opportunity and want to make the most of it. I may be open to taking some down time and hanging out and exploring Miami a bit, as I am considering moving to Miami to continue to work with my Teacher. I love animals, people, cooking and am super easy going and respectful. I can be social or leave you to do your own thing. I have no expectations about being entertained, I am just looking for a clean, chill space I can rest my head, and maybe do a yoga practice and meditate, but I can also go to the studio or the beach. No biggie! ;) My ideal dates are the 12th of February to the 20th but flexible. Message me ASAP!

I lived in NYC for eight years then moved to the Caribbean. I lived in Vieques Puerto Rico until Hurricane Maria, and now live in South Florida with my partner, and our dog and cat! :)

Surviving Hurricane Maria on a tiny remote island that was directly hit was scary, but it was nothing compared to the aftermath being stuck on that insland for over a month with no running water, electricity or phone or internet communications. We had no idea what was happening, and there were riots. I can tell you all about it when I come stay with you, assuming you don’t already know. So many people were affected. Part of my goal for finishing this yoga program is to open up community based yoga school in Vieques.
