ABOUT ME
I was born thirty odd years ago in the fair city of Diest, but grew up in the also fair city of Tessenderlo. When I was five, on vacation in Norway with mom, dad and my sister, I told my mom that one day I would live there. I never went back to Norway unfortunately, but the fascination and curiosity for travel stayed. But besides that I'm just a little boy trapped in a man's body :DI always get myself into crazy situations due to my clumsiness, but the good thing is that I always find a way out. I do bump my head quite often though (doors, cupboards, walls, ... you name it)I love to laugh: being silly rules! Favorite topic of ridicule is mostly myself. The silver medal would probably be you (or your mom ;) But friends have been known to call me dependable and if the need arises I can be serious, and I won't shun a good discussion. I also want to experience as much of the world as possible (not necessarily through travel) before I exit this planet.Lately I've taken a shine to being more eco-friendly, got into yoga, massage therapy and I like puns and hugs :)
PHILOSOPHY
Laugh when you can, cry when you must.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Have hosted a handful of people and surfed a few places. Resting my head for free is usually the last thing I'm concerned about when partaking in CS. To me it is all about the interaction and social aspects, the knowledge, the openness and trust and meeting wonderful, amazing and truly inspirational people.

- Seeing the house of Father Ted in Kilnaboy, near Shannon
- Gravity holds you down, even though you're on the opposite side of the world
- Visiting Lego-land in Denmark at the age of 4
- Seeing the wastefulness of our society when a CS friend took me dumpstering
I saw a ship larger than a building once.
