I dont take the world and myself too serious. I have to go dancing at least once a week, otherwise i get weird boils all over my body. I love nature and its silence but also the chaos and loudness! I am happy to learn new languages and learning in general. Same goes for teaching. I have lots of Interests. Life is to short to just stick to one ringtone!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my opinion travelling is mostly about exchange between humans, so with couchsurfing meeting local people is so much easier. A trip gets much more depth when staying with local people. On the other hand, it's nice to welcome the world into your home, when you are not travelling yourself at the moment. Give something back.

Interests

I play some kind of little saxophone called xaphoon. I am always occupied with other things. At the moment i mostly build Synths and other electronic noise units. With them i make music, wich you can listen to here:

I like cooking, especialy things i've never cooked before and trying new things. I usually cook vegetarian. Bring me cool spices then i will love you. speaking of spices: I like to collect herbs and other wild plants. It's really amazing how much stuff you can actually eat!

I like Dumpster Diving, Random Street Finds, and reusing stuff other people find trash-worthy.

Books: The last writer i really liked was Umberto Eco. I read 5 of his books, and all we're amazing. Other favourite books are: Catch 22(Joseph Heller), Master i Margaritha(Michail Bulgakov), Narcissus and Goldmund(Hermann Hesse), Invitation to a Beheading (Vladimir Nabokov) stuff by Camus and Henry Miller.

Movies: Spun, Human Traffic, The discrete Charme of the Bourgeoisie, Barfly, Ex Drummer. I love the movies by Jim Jarmusch, Wes Anderson, Harmony Korin, Lars von Trier, Alejandro Jodorowsky and David Lynch. Also i watch a lot of japanese movies recently but i dont know much about them, so open for tips...
