ABOUT ME

Packed up my truck 2 years ago, left upstate NY, and drove until i got to the beach at San Diego. No friend, no job, no apartment. Setup a sick life out there from scratch, and loved every single day there! Then after 1.5 years I got an opportunity to come live in Saigon, Vietnam. Trying to meet as many travelers, locals, and interesting people i can!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a few times in San Diego and have surfed a few times since I have been in Asia. I just moved into a new apartment with a view of the city from the 23rd floor and thought I could share it and my experience in the city with some good people traveling around.

Intereses

Big on soccer (football), and definitely going to Brazil for next world cup! I golf, ski, wakeboard, run, disc golf, bike, and love all those outdoor games like bocce, washers, kan-jam, etc. I see a ton of live music-festivals, concerts, some underground hip hop...whatever is playin local that rocks. I love going out and meeting new people, and hanging out with them! Def down for a social drink and 420 friendly ok.

Música, películas y libros

I really like seeing live music with a good funky beat, or anything you can rock out to and gets you moving. Not the best music scene in Saigon compared to the states, but we make the most of it.

Recent books are Catch 22, Hunger Games, The Power of Now, 48 Laws of Power.

Algo increíble que he hecho

White water rafted through grand canyon on the colorado for 5 miles, then some slow rafting for another 30 miles. Stopped a couple times for lunch and whatnot, checked out some cavern areas with tributaries forming warm waterfalls and water slides. Then took a helicopter ride out to the highest point on the canyon. Awesome!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I've been in Saigon for over a year so I can share some knowledge of the city and things nearby that we could check out. I know a lot of friends and most of the good bars and restaurants, and I know how to have fun in this city!
