ABOUT ME

I'm quite a calm girl, but I do sometimes enjoy going to bars, especially alternative clubs and gigs. I like talking with people. But I also like being alone. Actually I need my time alone at times. I like listening, playing, making and watching music. I make electronic music, but rarely let anyone hear my songs xD I like reading books and writing my diary (I have a book and diary with me wherever I go). I might spend a bit too much time thinking about my life, other people's lives and life in general. But it's so interesting!

We're all in the same boat. That's why I love the idea that people are nice and hospitable to each other whether they know each other already or not. And that's what this coach surfing thing is all about, isn't it?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like getting to know different kinds of people and it's nice to have a cosy place to stay when traveling. And to have some local company too. I often travel alone, so it's nice to meet local people and really get into the new culture. And see places where locals go, not just tourists. I like hosting too, couchsurfers are so nice people. But if you write me a request please have at least something written on your profile... I don't feel comfortable hosting if I don't know anything about you, you don't have any references and your only picture is of some random wild animal (sorry). Otherwise don't worry to much, you can just use me as a hostel if that's the case, I know sometimes you just need a place to stay :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly like finnish bands, authors and movies... but about music mew, yann tiersen, jónsi, M83, god is an astronaut, the xx and bon iver for example. Oscar Wilde is great. And Lost in translation. And Charlie Chaplin! Whatever the movie is I usually end up crying :D
