I'm a curious, driven and caring girl who looooves exploration, cooking, spending time with my fiancé and in nature. I've been lucky enough to travel a lot, be hosted by such hospitable and fun hosts, and host even cooler couchsurfers. In the past few years, I've focused my attention on my university studies and developing a backpacker hostel I run in India with my friends. I'm really excited to finally get back to travelling (or at least enjoy the experiences couchsurfers bring with them).

兴趣

I loooove learning about psychology, different cultures, cuisines, religions, having discussions, visiting museums. I think of myself as a super curious person so I'm never getting enough of documentaries and trying new things, so surprise me with something interesting from your country if I'm hosting you!

I'm quite a sporty and outdoorsy person - although my football-playing days are over, I still enjoy going to the gym, running, cycling, spending time in nature, (outdoor) swimming, ping pong, volleyball etc.

Being environmentally friendly is important for me and I make conscious efforts every day to reduce my consumption and carbon footprint. I ride a bike almost every day everywhere.

Some would call me a health freak, because I do like my veggies and my head is involuntarely full of random health facts like 'sitting is the new sugar' and 'it takes 2 weeks for your sense of taste to recover after quitting smoking'.

I was mind-blown when I understood the effect of saving money when realizing how different value it has in different parts of the world. The perceived value of money is an odd thing!

All the things that make me forget I'm supposed to be a serious adult are amazing. Doesn't matter if it's a spontaneous funeral for a dead crab on the beach or discovering bustling Asian markets full of god knows what! The greatest beauty is in the small things!

I did the 10-day silent Vipassana meditation course which is the hardest thing I've ever done, but well worth it!!
