Hi there, I am Rik from the Netherlands. I haven't used Couchsurfing really, but I am planning to travel a bit soon and I would like to meet new people while traveling, and so I hope Couchsurfing can help me with that.

I am into different things, more into nature and doing fun things (games, sports-like things, dancing, etc.) than I am into culture (I am not so much into art, museums, etc., although a little bit of sight-seeing is fine with me).

Something that may have me stand out is that I am very interested into the teachings of spiritual teachers like Matt Kahn and Teal Swan. So I think I can say I am quite open-minded / relatively non-judgemental, and I value kindness and respect quite highly.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
My taste is very broad, often I listen too electronic music since it's easy to find many podcasts. Shows/styles i listen to are:
- Trance/techno/drum and bass
- Store and forward podcast
- Aly and Fila - Future sound of egypt
- Blackout podcast
- Random movement podcast

I also like all sort of other music, like Indie, Rock, Classical, etc. Every style has something. Some artists that I enjoy are:
- Tallest man on earth
- Death cab for cutie
- John mayer
- Keane
- list goes on..

What I Can Share with Hosts

Currently I have a spare room, but it's not prepared to have someone sleep there, unless you don't mind sleeping on a couch. The room is a 8m2 room, and with the couch taken out someone can sleep there quite well.

Then of course:
- toilet
- shower
- kitchen: anything you need to cook / store + eat food :)
- washing machine (can't put too much in it though)
