I have mobility issues due to recent surgery, but get around slowly and carefully with a cane. We have moved since the last person gave references. We now live in the DC suburbs in Maryland in a single family home, not too far from Metro. The guest room is free most of the time and has a comfy full size bed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a long family history of belonging to similar communities. My grandparents were "couchsurfing" during the 60's and 70's in all kinds of exotic locations, and they have passed the tradition on. I mostly like hosting because taking a guest to see my town is like having a vacation and not having to pack!
