My name is Rikke, I study Art History at the University of Copenhagen. Currently I’m an exchange student at UvA, and staying in Amsterdam until summer. It’s my first time in the Netherlands, so I can’t wait to explore the country, learn more about Dutch culture, and meet new people! Recommendations are much appreciated 🍀

I’m fully vaccinated, recently had my booster and was sick with corona in December, so also still immune.

I have many interests, some are nerdy (mostly art history), some more divers. I grew up in a small city close to the ocean, so I love being surrounded by nature. I also like a beer (or five) once in a while ... 😉

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a wide range of different music - french house to old rock, just please no heavy metal haha, I like being able to hear. I like to read and I’ve watched a lot of series and movies, and I love to discuss them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled through Japan over four months, from Okinawa to Hokkaido. I used Couchsurfing some times, during my stay, and met so many lovely and generous people. Definitely the best part of my travels. One day (when I live in something larger) I would love to give back to the community

Teach, Learn, Share

Let’s language exchange! Especially, I would like to learn some Dutch. In general I love to exchange knowledge, experiences and thoughts. Learning from others is one of the greatest gifts.
