I am currently studying Psychology at the University of Copenhagen at the last year of the master's degree.
I am really just a person full of empathy and compassion and I love to get to know new people and learn about their lives in a culture that I suppose is different from my own.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This summer (2020) I am going to Norway. I have some days in the Oslo area before I am leaving on a sailboat towards Denmark which is around the 18th of July. I hope to see you!

In the end of June (2019), I am leaving Copenhagen to work for six weeks at Palestinian Counseling Center. I finish my internship in the beginning of August and then I am going to travel around the nearby region.
I would like to visit Tel Aviv to dance Gaga, as Gaga originates from Tel Aviv. Then I am thinking about going to Jordan.

Why I am on Couchsurfing? Well I think that it is a really good way to meet new acquaintances as you get into someone else's home and privacy.
As I am travelling alone it would be great to meet with someone who would also like to show me their city and the exciting corners of it and would like to give me an insight into their culture.
I am looking forward to meeting you!

Interests

I am a feminist, vegetarian and have a passion for yoga and meditation. I dance modern improvisation dance and I am very interested in the connection between body and mind.
I love finding new corners in a city and in a culture and being challenged on my ideas about the world and people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have professionally worked with people who suffer from an eating disorder or do self-harm, have worked with a stigmatization campaign of mental illness, have been leading a network for relatives of persons with a mental illness, and taught university students in Developmental Psychology at the University of Copenhagen.
