To connect and share the human experience

About Me
I use music, theater, dance, mindful awareness exercises and time in nature to help equip kids with the tools to identify, utilize and heal feelings of anxiety and inadequacy, so they might live more joyful and balanced lives. I live with an awesome 4 year old rescue pup called, Chicken.
