About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore.
ABOUT ME
That is hard to say. Most people would probably agree that I am a "relaxed" person. Hopefully they would say that I am nice and funny and surprisingly adventurous. I hope they would say other nice things about me, but who knows.
PHILOSOPHY
That's a tough question and also something that I am working on.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am in Europe (based in Denmark) until the middle of December and do am staying with a family who likely would not appreciate me inviting people into their home so I unfortunately do not have a couch to lend while I am here.
But, being in Europe for such a short time means that I am attempting to travel a lot so I could use a place to stay and people to meet when I travel.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have none yet. I am excited to star though!
Interests
I am interested in a lot of things. Sometimes it seems like too many. I like to read. I enjoy the outdoors. I like travel, time to think, peace and quiet, and exciting people.
I want to try to learn to cook. I have started that recently and am still terrible but enjoy learning.
I also play multiple instruments, though classical flute is the one that I am currently studying in school. I have been playing for about 10 years and really enjoy it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like movies, music, and books.
I watch movies mostly to have fun. Music to relax. And books as a combination of those two things in addition to think.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was thinking the other day about watching the sunrise in Zion National park in the US. I would describe it here but I can't. It just wouldn't work.
I have been lucky enough to experience a lot of wonderful things and I cannot choose just one or two without feeling like I am shortchanging the other.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English. I know that is boring and generic but I don't feel like I have a lot of hard skills I can teach. At least not yet. But who knows, we might be surprised.
One of the reasons I am travelling is to learn about people so I am interested in learning about the culture of whatever place I visit.
Again, I also like food and am trying to teach myself to cook. If I can leave with some new knowledge or a recipe then I consider that a success.
