About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Just enjoy life!
ABOUT ME
I love nature, the ocean, the forests - as a couple we love going to the wild, although we are not too radical in sports. Good long field walks, a long day on the beach, lying under the trees... We are quite involved with ecological issues.
There is lots of music at home, as Silvana is a musician and plays and loves baroque music. Cooking is a great enjoyment, mostly exotic, spicy food.
Movies are very enjoyable, mostly art films with wine and popcorn (Silvana says my popcorn is the best in the world, but I think she is biased!)
PHILOSOPHY
No dogmas or religion. Daoism and Tchikung practice.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We had guests in Brazil. We are now living in England for a year and will open our Birmingham apartment for guests. It's lovely to have people around. It's interesting to hear from other cultures, its habits, and sharing daily simple programs. What a great way to see new places with the advice or company of natives. It's really a wonderful program!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We had, so far at least 15 guests: the 3 first ones were a young man from Colombia and 2 others from Uruguay. It was lovely.
Silvana stayed in Buenos Aires in peoples homes. Great experience!

We love sharing the kitchen! we love taking people to the park, take a bike ride. This can't be done when we are too busy during the semester, but so far, we had managed well with our couch surfing guests!
