ABOUT ME

Er...I sing and tap my feet in a dance type way in public, especially since everyone else in Tokyo seems too mortified of public opinion to even walk out of rhythm. I love Sanskrit, autumn, pumpkin flavoured things, poetry, and mixed accents. I play the violin and sing. I like people watching. I can't seem to stop seeking and traveling, although I'm sure someday I'll understand the full implications behind Frost's "Reluctance."
I'm an Austin girl, this crazy little city will always have a special little nook for my heart. I currently don't really live anywhere, but hopefully will be soon settled in Santa Fe for at least a little while!

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a crazy scarf-brigader who just wants to put as much good and of myself as I can into the world before I kick it. ("it" being the bucket, not the world. I don't really think much would come out of trying to kick the world.)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted and shown people around Tokyo and Austin, and though I'm traveling and doing more couchsurfing myself now, I hope to start hosting again as soon as I get settled in Santa Fe!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed my way through Wales, Dublin, Belfast, and Scotland. Surfed around Japan and India, and hosted and met up with CSers in Japan and Texas!

Algo increíble que he hecho

I have now officially hitchhiked over half of Japan! From Tokyo to Hiroshima and back up in a roundabout way, one of the most fantastical and rewarding experiences of my life! My mate and I hitched to Hiroshima to play a Christmas gig there- guess this makes us officially traveling musicians, huh?

Bicycled across part of Ireland with a violin strapped to my back, hitched my way through Ireland and the UK, recorded two albums, up and moved to a foreign country to finish my degree just cuz I wanted to.
