My current mission is to be as creative and inventive as possible, while at the same time making enough money to make ends :)

ABOUT ME

I'm a life loving guy. I enjoy the fact that the world is full of so many types of people and cultures and love learning new things.

Whenever I meet people around the world who have been to Portland, Oregon, they always tell me it is their favorite city. It makes me really happy to be from Portland.

I like that the world keeps getting smaller as I get to know more about it.

I went to an international boarding school in India, so I have friends all over the world from that. Then I went to University in New York City, so I made more friends from all over the world. Then I lived in Paris, where I did a Masters with even more international students. I tried figuring out how many countries I have friends in, it is more than 40 now.

I think of all people as earthlings, and in that way we have a lot in common.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just getting back in the swing of couch surfing. I have a small place with wife and baby on the way, but there is space for a couch surfer or two. I travel a bit as I promote my social network for people who practice Kundalini Yoga, and I like to connect with people wherever I go.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have spent a lot of time on couches. I was living out of my car for a couple months back in 2005, and it was such a gift to be able to spend time with friends around the south-west of America.
I love to host people when I can!

Most music is good for me, I like things that I can dance to, or relax to.
I never have been a big reader, but I liked "The way of the peaceful warrior," "the celestine prophecies,' "the alchemist," and "narcissus and goldman," oh and of course the Ender's Game series... And the Kingkiller Chronical

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to remember amazing things. I do them all the time that is just becomes common. Life is just amazing in itself.
