About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Intense experiences and lose myself in the moments that I`ll remember for the rest of my life
ABOUT ME
I bicycle to work. I make my own things. I grow my own food. Well, some of it.
PHILOSOPHY
the doctrine that pleasure or happiness is the sole or good chief in life. a lifestyle of enlightenment and enjoyment.
To find your own way is to follow your own bliss.
A picture might say a thousand words, but a story can be retold for centuries.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Have had a big break as I got tired of the many people I felt didn`t live up to the "code" of being free, fun, and careless. Just like a traveler. Too many business people just looking to be social. Nothing wrong with that but no fun.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed 25 couches
A total of 73 nights
Hosted 42 surfers
A total of 50 nights
I can’t really count how many CS meetings, parties, picnics, etc I’ve been to in Oslo. When I was active around 2009 I was extremely active, and did quite a bit of hosting in 2011 as well.

CS MI TRIP 3rd Birthday party of Milan CS Group
CS Aperitivo@my place Nov2009 with a bunch of crazy Italians

Music, Movies, and Books
"A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, to keep its edge."
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Everything and nothing is amazing:When two friends and I drove into a small town upstate New York and went inside a restaurant, the whole town came in to meet us. A total of 20 people. And they swallowed hook, line and sinker when we told our story of getting mixed up on the flights in Oslo and found ourselves in Chicago, then buying a car so we could drive half way around the world back home. Good times. Just dropping everything, flying to Poland to meet a friend on a whim, missing trains, buses, planes and not doing anything as planned, but yet do everything! This is a good story, so if we meet, make sure I tell you! Being swept off my feet and being deeply and passionately in love; going to extreme lengths where I didn’t think I could go, and then being slapped in the face repeatedly and very hard.I’ve also seen the Grand Canyon, The Rocky Mountains, The Norwegian Fjords, Popping out of my mom, The Midnight Sun, Seeing the tide disappear and reappear in Northern France, diving down into the ocean and have a Japanese warship appear in front of my eyes and then go inside it, dive in a thermocline lake, be a few feet away from wild, enormous turtles underwater, speed down mountains on a motorbike, spent the best six weeks of my life in Nha Trang, Vietnam, being shitfaced on ricewine, being holed up in a hotel room with a girl only to go out for food,
