I am Ripunjoy, preffered name Ronny. I am from India and have recently moved to Canada. I am a student studying at Durham College, Oshawa, Canada. I love to travel, meet new people, and try new food. I am quite friendly and I love to talk. Sometimes I am an extrovert and sometimes I am an introvert but one thing is for sure, and that is I make friends very easily.

I am a solo traveller and I have travelled to a lot of places in India. I have lived in Assam (Northeast India), Chennai(South India) and Delhi. I have been to Himachal, Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Kerela and a lot of other places. All the places I have been to gave me different vibes, and all the experiences were different and amazing.

The best thing about Couchsurfing is that I can live with the locals, listen to their stories, taste different food, and explore more. It's just about the experience and I can't get this type of experience on any other platform.

Music depends on my mood. I listen to all sorts of music pop, rap, metal, rock, hip-hop, instrumental etc. Some of my all-time favourite songs are - Numb, InTheEnd (Linking Park), Lovely (Billie Eilish), RunAway (Aurora), SpaceBound, NotAfraid, Mockingbird, Cleaning Out my Closet (Eminem), etc.

Mostly I am into the Horror genre when it comes to movies. I like drama and comedy too. And I am a great fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have done the Basic Mountaineering Course. It is a one-month mountaineering course that covers rock climbing, snow-crafting, ice climbing, survival and rescue training. It was a great time that I can't forget. I made a lot of friends and climbed above 17000 feet during the training. This is the highest I have climbed till today.

I teach mathematics and physics and computer programming to my juniors in my college. I like teaching. I also like learning new things, be it language, some skill or any other thing. I am always ready to learn.
