I am looking for opportunities to play, explore, and find surprises in my daily life.

ABOUT ME

I'm very active and curious about the world. I like learning everything I can, but sometimes I do have a little trouble staying in one place and focusing on one thing. Traveling, meeting people, and hanging out with those close to me helps me get this energy out. I love music and dance, and I am fortunate enough to be part of a collaborative dance and music group called Odd and Even. We focus on improvisation and how we can bring together ideas in music and dance to explore both fields more deeply. I am also starting my masters in Occupational Therapy in the fall at the University of New Mexico, and I am very excited to dive into this field as well.

PHILOSOPHY

This is from a Mary Oliver poem:

"You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves."

Maybe one day I'll have my own set philosophy, but for now it keeps changing...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In San Diego, we hosted many couch surfers and some of them have become very good friends. I also surfed a bit in Europe, and hosted while I lived in SLC. I like to share ideas and perspectives.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met amazing people through CouchSurfing. For me, getting an intimate look at a culture and being able to build relationships while traveling makes my voyages much more meaningful.
