CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado but I moved out to Kansas City for college. I'm looking to make a name for myself as a local artist out here. I love to travel (of course!). My favorite color is orange or blue, I am not sure which. I love to meet new people, am easygoing and like anyone who can be respectful and kind. I believe friendship and respect are the two best gifts you can offer people.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is a process. There is freedom in hard labor. We have to step up and do something before the machines take over...I know, I sound like something from Starship Troopers but seriously. If you don't have to work for anything, what's the point?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Ok so this needed to be updated-I've since backpacked Europe and had some amazing experiences. I've surfed with some really cool people in some really fantastic cities and since I've been home I've been trying to join up with as many couchsurfing events around KC that I can find and can put into my schedule. The group of people out here are amazing. I'm working on hosting some of my own wayward travelers!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Awesome experience in Greece with Lefty! He's on my list of friends, and anyone who's ever been to greece must know him hehe. (c: He rocks. And-more recently-some really wonderful experiences in Italy! I love this place! And in London and Germany and Spain....I could go on. What a beautiful network of people.
Interests
Man...where to start. I love life. I love reading anything and everything I can get my hands on, hanging out with friends wherever, meeting people, skydiving, swimming, hiking, bike riding (yay), painting, drawing, dyeing fabric, embroidery, knitting, writing ( I will write a novel and get published dammit), Travelling (of course!), taking pictures, Learning about all sorts of random stuff ( I have friends who got real degrees hehe), History, culture, art history (I'll talk forever about this stuff), talking...ahem. Lots of stuff!
