My Facebook name is "River Jones" (for privacy reasons), but my real name is Meredith! I love animals and nature. I try and hike any chance I get. I eat a plant-based diet and I LOVE to cook. Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am planning on making an EPIC road trip out west. I was originally born in Torrington, Wyoming and then grew up in Seattle and then Ohio for most of my life. I am heading to Cody, Wyoming for the summer to be with family and get a summer job before I start school at Central Wyoming College in Riverton. I will be studying outdoor Education and Environmental Science and then hoping to transfer to Wyoming State for my masters.

I would love to meet some people along the way that can REALLY show me how to enjoy their city/state. I am planning on taking my good ole time driving out there (approx two weeks) so I want to meet as many people as I can and visit as many places as I can!

I have always been an animal lover. I grew up in 4-H and have been riding and showing horses for most of my life. I love running and lifting and getting stronger. I love good whiskey. I teach line dancing currently on the weekends. I have many interests, too much to write!

I love ALL music. I am not musically inclined but I love everything from metal to country, to gospel and jazz. I love action/adventure movies and anything that will make me laugh! I love book, I can enjoy just about anything :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

My dad was diagnosed with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease in August 2014. I quit my job and moved home to be his sole care provider. I had 6 short months with him before he passed away on Christmas 2014. Taking care of him meant he got to stay in his own home and not be taken to a hospital to live out the last months of his life. I will always be grateful for that opportunity.
