About Me
Hello! My name is Wiley Rivers Bierman, a 21 year old from America who is adrift in the world. I am currently biking through Europe, I rode down from Copenhagen through Germany to South Holland, and soon will be in Budapest and biking east from there. I am always looking to make new friends, and could always use a place to rest my head. I love the outdoors, camping, reading, writing, music, mediation; the list goes on. Lets talk!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Here to meet people while I travel and spread love wherever I go. I am primarily living in my backpacking tent, but I always appreciate kind souls who open their homes to a weary traveler. I hope to always leave my new found friends with good memories and genuine connections.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent a day with elephants in Thailand; probably one of the happiest days of my life. We learned to speak to them and ride them up the mountain to graze, fed them dozens of pounds of bananas, and then played with them and scrubbed them down in a big waterfall-pool at the base of the mountain. A day I will never forget, and one of the kindest animals I have ever met.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to camp and walk through the woods and get lost in nature, and will gladly share any and all my skills with anyone who will listen. I read a wide range of books and enjoy learning and discussing everything from literature and astronomy to comic books and television.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I hope to be able to leave all my hosts with a new genuine friend and maybe a interesting story or two. I love to hang out and have meaningful conversations, to swap small hidden pieces of culture, to share music and interests, and I am always down for new adventures and experiences.
