ABOUT ME

My life has been highly transitory at times, selling everything to live in other countries. In 2011 I ended a stationary phase of 6 years in Wellington NZ and relocated to Sydney. I've since decided that Sydney is not a good fit for me, so when I return from this trip I'm resettling in Melbourne.

I alternate between being a homebody--cooking, reading, writing, playing with my cats--and being a seeker of new experience through travel, burning man, festival organization, and pushing my personal limits. A am a passionate believer in community and creating the sort of world I want to live in.

Interests

I enjoy conversation, learning new things, dancing and dance culture, hula hooping, hiking, cooking, reading, travel, and experiencing the world as the locals experience it.

Things I like to share include cooking, because everyone has to eat and you might as well eat well, and hula hooping, because even people who hate everything like hula hoops.
