ABOUT ME

Anna: I am vegetarian (for ethical reasons), but I'm not going to have a go at anyone who eats meat. I believe everyone has the right to make different choices in life. I'm a feminist and an atheist and I'm happy with this. I like British ale and a nice glass of wine. I am a bit shy.

David: I like auto construction and permaculture. I'm a relaxed kind of person who is always hungry for knowledge (and food!!). I am adventurous and I enjoy discovering unknown and secret places.

PHILOSOPHY

To try to make as little negative impact on the world as possible. To enjoy ourselves and not to put off doing things that we want to do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We can occasionally be found at the CS Oxford drinks on a Tuesday night. We hope to host some people whilst we live in Oxford and we very much appreciate being hosted by others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our first CS experience was in France where we were surprised to be welcomed as if we were old school friends, we were a bit sceptical to begin with but ended up so overwhelmed by the open minded person who hosted us that we wanted to continue!!

Interests

Anna: I like books, music and films. I also like discovering how to make new things and how things work. I like life to be varied!

David: I love nature, plants and am interested in anything ecological and sustainable. I have recently made a green roof on our boat.
