Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We used to live in shared houses where we would often provide space for people that needed somewhere to stay.

Riz now hosts in his lovely East Central London flat, so come visit!

James does not currently host as he is between homes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One of my best couch surfing experiences was having two eastern European film makers come to stay at my house for a night, completely lost with nowhere to stay in London, and then introducing them to couch surfers and helping them make an account, and then sending them off in the morning with loads of places to stay.

Interests

Between the two of us I'd almost say there wasn't anything we weren't interest in...

science, art, books, film making, computers, music (making & listening) insects, blue tac, plants, people, social movements, history, good stories, bad jokes, bikes, learning Spanish, painting, building things with wood... the list goes on.

Teach, Learn, Share

We like to teach a lot, even though we are still learning many of a skills.

We can teach you about how to make films, how to fix your bike, how to cook, we can fix computers and we can fill you with lots of sciencey facts. we can also do a bit of wood work and we dabble in electronics. oh and how to ollie a skateboard.
