Overview
About Me
Hey there! I’m Rizk — originally from Morocco, currently based in Brazil. I work in Software QA Engineering / Arsenal Football Club, passionate about technology, travel, and connecting with people from different cultures. I’m an easygoing, respectful guest who enjoys meaningful conversations, local food, and discovering hidden gems beyond the tourist spots.
Outside of work, I like exploring new cities, enjoying good coffee, and learning from others’ stories. Whether it’s sharing experiences, cooking together, or just chatting about life, I always appreciate genuine human connections.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m here to connect with open-minded people, share cultures, and experience places through the eyes of locals rather than as a tourist. For me, Couchsurfing isn’t just about finding a place to stay — it’s about meaningful exchanges, spontaneous moments, and building friendships across the world.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy books that mix psychology, philosophy, and self-growth — things that make me reflect on life and people’s behavior. I like authors like Paulo Coelho, Haruki Murakami, and Mark Manson.
My music taste goes from chill acoustic and deep house to Moroccan and Brazilian rhythms — I love any track that carries emotion or good energy.
When it comes to movies, I’m into psychological thrillers, travel adventures, and films that leave you thinking — like Inception, Into the Wild, and The Intouchables.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watching the sunrise from the Sahara Desert after a night under the stars — no phone, no noise, just silence, sand, and the feeling of being completely alive.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m easygoing, clean, and always respectful of the space and people I stay with. I love good conversations, sharing travel stories, and sometimes a whisky on the rocks if you’re up for it. I can help with tech stuff, cook a simple Moroccan meal, or just bring good vibes and company.
