i tried couchsurfing couple of times before in france when i stayed with two different families but it was not under the name of couchsurfing..But it was amazing cuz it is more interesting that sitting in a hotel in terms of communication and getting more info about the country,culture,history,practicing the language. Now i am opening my place to host travellers and interact with them.
