Sobre mí
CURRENT MISSION
Meeting people, knowing places, making music, living life joyfully!
ABOUT ME
I am a musician originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; concert pianist & organist, church organist... A doctoral candidate at the University of Oklahoma.
I like music (playing & listening), traveling, learning, knowing about different cultures, listening, talking, foreign languages, movies, photography, hiking, biking... I want to see as much of the world as I can.
PHILOSOPHY
“Nothing would be done at all if one waited until one could do it so well that no one could find fault with it.”
(John Henry Newman, CO)
“Use the talents you possess, for the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except the best.”
(Henry Van Dyke)
“Dictionary is the only place that success comes before work. Hard work is the price we must pay for success. I think you can accomplish anything if you're willing to pay the price.”
(Vince Lombardi)
“Always laugh when you can. It is cheap medicine.”
(Lord Byron)
Intereses
Music! Piano, organ, choral, conducting! Bike riding! Yoga! Hiking! Photography! Traveling! Driving, road trips!
I study/practice for most of my time: playing the organ, the piano, the harpsichord, accompanying choir, singing in choir, playing for church, accompanying voice majors, playing with orchestra, chamber music... and reading and doing lots of paperwork for the degree I'm pursuing.
In the free time, I like to hang out with friends, watch movies, photograph, cook, record piano and organ music (I have over 200 videos on Youtube)... =)
