Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As I have my own business my agenda is quite busy. However, I enjoy the few opportunities that I have to join the group in the meetings, etc..
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
CS is a very nice project that´s works!! I made new friends and learn a lot from other people.
I prefer to have people from other countries for cultural exchange and practice another language.

Business, travel, sports, going out, etc..
Usually I go out with friends quite often. Normally it goes from a nice talk in a pub to a dancing night in a disco.
I also enjoy a good conversation in a coffee place or taking a ice cream in the afternoon..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Have you ever taken a breakfast in China, lunch in Tokio, and dinner in New York in the same day? I had!!
I remember once when I was talking to a woman in a bus in Lausanne-Swissland... well, she noticed my accent (we were talking in French).. and she asked me if I was Japanese, since I looks like one... I explain that my family were Japanese, but I was born in Brazil.. Well, very interesting, she sad.. And the talking continues.. And she ask me if I was studying at the University.. No, I replay, that I just come to visit a Brazilian friend that live there.. That I work in a French company and I had a meeting in Paris. So I went down there for the weekend.. So she understood why I spoke French... So she sad: So you are a Brazilian Japanese that work in a French company, and we are in Swissland!! So she asked where did I live in Brazil... I reply: no, I don´t live in Brazil... I live in Mexico!! hehe.. I remember how surprise she got when I sad that... :-)
That´s a bounderless world!!
Others interesting things:
- work a week in Colombia Jungle visiting local families in a jeep. Really exciting (and it was a business trip!)
- Attend a meeting up the Andes mountain (went up 5500 high and made a new technology presentation at 3200m high). Another business trip!
- have done some of the biggest roller coasters in the world (Los Angeles, Montreal, Mexico City and Orlando).
- etc..
Teach, Learn, Share
I´ve made some presentations on Universities to tell my experience around the world. The idea is to motivate the students to travel and have a international experience.
I also start to help people start their own business.
