About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Show people some of the less well known great things about London and hope to get to see the "real" side of places that other couch surfers live.
ABOUT ME
Erm, I am 34 and I work as a lawyer in the centre of London - an area known as The Square Mile. It is the oldest part of London and now has some of the best landmark buildings in the city (e.g. The Gerkin, The Lloyds Building) as well as some of the oldest (e.g. Tower Bridge).
I have lived in London for over 10 years and think it is one of the best cities in the world.
I like to travel to new places and find the hardest challenge of all is to meet the local people rather than being stuck on the usual tourist trails.
I also love travelling around my own country, because I think it's important to appreciate the things which are near as well as those places far away.
PHILOSOPHY
It's not always easy to be nice, but it's always worth it.
Everyone's happiness is their own.
Honestly, I don't know - this all seems a bit "deep and meaningful" to me!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to CS, but hope to host some people for a few days at a time and also to surf some other peoples' couches in the near future.

Music, Movies, and Books
Yes, loads of it! I'm not going to list stuff - I'd prefer to watch/listen/read something and decide after that I didn't like it, rather than never to find out what it was like.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One?? You've got to be kidding - that's an impossible question ...
Teach, Learn, Share
How to play the guitar and ukulele(I'll say beginners only, just to be safe!).
I can teach you to sail a boat - but that's not very practical in London.
New music - lots of places to go to see up and coming bands.
Food and drink - things I am interested in and it's always good to share.
