About Me

ABOUT ME

Becoming quickly convinced that I am living in possibly the greatest city in the world. Feeling pretty lucky about that.
I'm a pretty easy going person. I love seeing and doing new things, and meeting new people. I'm incredibly jealous of people who speak multiple languages, I think that is an amazing skill. I'm still working on my second (Spanish).

I grew up in New Mexico, then lived in Chicago for about 7 years. Spent a year in southern Spain (Jaen), now living in Barcelona for as long I possibly can. :)
There are so many places in the world that I want to see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Sadly, my current apartment is way too small to host people...
However, I would be happy to meet up with people for coffee/drinks/tourist activities; help people see all of the beauty and wonderfulness that Barcelona has to offer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I only recently joined Couchsurfing myself, but I have used it (surfed and hosted) via travelling/living with people who have it. I have surfed in Florence, Italy and Memphis, TN. Both were great experiences and I look forward to many many more in my future travels!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In one day - I played in the snow in the Pyrenees in Andorra, and then about 4 hours later set up camp on a beach in hot, sunny France - definitely one of the best days I've had in a while. :)
Also, driving through central Morocco around 3am (long story) and stopping for a break in the middle of nowhere. I've never seen that many stars in my life! So amazing.
