About Me

The girl from the library next door, purveyor of hand-me-down classics and British crime books from the local bookshop. Worshipper of tea, coffee and the occasional frappe, she writes random passages that she often passes off as essays and short stories whilst traveling out and about.

Currently, she's sorting possible futures and writing a novel of clichés.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet people! For a lone traveler like me, couchsurfing is a good way to know new people and save up on accommodation.

Interests

I love to read, surf, dive, craft, calligraphy, paint, sketch and write.

I travel to inspire myself, see the world/things in another perspective, and to improve my art.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Beyoncé, MØ, Sia, New Politics, Fall Out Boy, Kodaline,

Movies: Wild, Into the Wild, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Ruby Sparks

Writers: A lot! It would be like choosing who is my favourite among my kids. But I'd go for women writers like Chimamanda Adichie, Virginia Woolf, Sylvia Plath, Susan Sontag, and some Kurt Vonnegut and Charles Bukowski's peoms

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling solo.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm pretty good with creative writing (if I'm in the mood) and if inspiration strikes, I can write poetry as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook and do basic house chores! :) Also got heaps of fun anecdotes and stories to tell, 50% real and 50% not. :D

Countries I’ve Lived In
