ABOUT ME

I like to have good clean fun and I am an adrenaline junkie. I love the adrenaline rush and if I can get past that first wave of fear I take the challenge head on. I enjoy a fun night out with friends but not so much that I can't remember it. The point of going out for me it have fun and make memories.. not to be a fool and forget the evening.

I also like the occasional nice and relaxing evening at home. I enjoy reading, and having a glass of wine, or just hanging out with people and conversing. In general, I just love meeting people, getting to know them, and hopefully making a new friend.

What I don't like: Cursing. I can handle the occasional slip, but if every other word that comes out is a curse word, I'm sorry but that's just too disrespectful for me.

I like having a good time and meeting new people. =)

Finally have my own place so I am able to host people. I really don't have more than an air mattress in a spare bedroom, but if you're just needing a night or two, it's not bad. It's not much but it is comfortable. FYI: I do have a cat so I apologize to those of you who are allergic.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have meet for coffee with several people and surfed in various countries. Hung out with some amazing people in USA, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Cuba. :0)

I enjoy going to amusement parks, paintball, roller coasters, go-Karts, eating out at local restaurants, festivals, dancing, hanging out with the locals, playing board games, watching movies, discussing books, visiting churches/museums/monuments, and other sight seeing, learning about herbal medicines, debating, learning, reading... well just about everything, and of course getting to know new people!

Also doing medical volunteer work in the Latin American countries.

I read mostly Medical, Leadership, Self-help, or Christian books. Yes, I am a strong Christian, but not an over the top one. I truly do get along with most everyone, honestly, even my best friend is a none believer. Just respect my beliefs and I'll respect yours.

Currently reading "Trauma Red". A very good bibliography about the making of a trauma surgeon.

I don't really have a favorite book or movie. I like most everything. Except scary movies. I don't particularly like those.

Lastly, I do not own a T.V. I will watch the occasional movie on my computer, but most of my time is spent outside my home or reading/studying.

~Lived in Nicaragua for 14 months. Miss it so much more than I thought I would.
~Zip lined across a huge waterfall in Honduras. It was phenomenal!
~Dived with sea turtles in Australia. Amazing creatures.
