I was born in Rhode Island in USA. Our family moved from city to city because my father was a pilot in the United States Navy. I have lived in 11 states, and have traveled through 49, with the only state left being Alaska. I have traveled to Canada and Mexico, and Australia. I love to travel and go places that I haven't been, not too many left in USA...lol.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel Internationally now, and I would love to do it through being able to sleep on the comfy couch and just maybe have a possible guide along the way. I would also love to host when I am able to help others do the same thing. A place to stay or maybe be a guide. I will retire in within 2 to 3 years and am interested in using this app to "test run" some areas I am interested in. Maylasia, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Southeast Asia, etc...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock, but I will listen to almost anything. learning and listening to new music is a great experience. I am a Sci-Fi/Fantasy movie and book guy, but again I will watch and or read something that triggers my senses.
