ABOUT ME

I have been married for 32 years. We have 2 sons and a daughter. Our oldest son is married to a wonderful gal who is in the Illinois National Guard and has served time in Afghanistan. Our second son is an avid traveler and introduced us to the couch surfing experience. He is an airline pilot for CommutAir. Our daughter is married to a great guy--and they gave us our first grandchild in April 2010 and a second in January 2012. They are adorable.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Our youngest son was an avid couch surfer when he visited Europe. We decided that if people would do this for him, we would "return the favor." We have had some very pleasant experiences as host--and look forward to many more.
