ABOUT ME

I am still very young and have a lot to learn. I try follow my instinct and spirit wherever it takes me.

I was a rock climbing instructor and am also researching student initiatives in sustainability programs; I put my energy into having fun with others and creating smiles, while tutoring and teaching underprivileged children grades in 1-5.

Throughout life we are all learners and teachers; every action we do, or do not do, we affect our surroundings and the world. Teach wisely.

I grew up in Montessori school system and moved into the public school system and since have found a new direction for the education system to take and I wish to spread the happiness and benefits. I recently graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Outdoor and Environmental Education!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I give whatever I can to those around me. I leave with everyone whatever bit of me they need. I try to learn and teach wisely with everyone I encounter. We all have something to learn from each other.

Spread love and life lessons.
Lead with a solid stance and an open mind.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hitchhiking, Minnesota to Washington down to California and up to Winnipeg. Have made the route a few times. Love to stay with friends and family, and love meeting new people and sharing stories.

Meet many wonderful people across North America. I'm writing this in a mansion in Winnipeg I've been invited to stay in for the past week from Winnipeg Folk Festival- a very good example of kindness.

I'd love to share my stories in person!

I love to rock climb and boulder, canoe, kayak, ski, surf, longboard/skateboard, go hiking and mountaineering, scuba dive, canoe.. and the list goes on.

Permaculture, organic agriculture, sustainable living, off-the-grid lifestyles

I write music, love to sing and perform and play any instrument I can get my hands on!

My BIGGEST interest is that of finding a deep understanding of the universe and feeling the connection the LIFE. I have a MAJOR interest in (this goes with part of the philosophy ah) learning more of and,rebuilding the tribes of the old-folk (before the Roman Empire appeared) the formed the connections we all share to each other, when respect for all life existed and the spirit was recognized as the person beyond they're actions, and we would take responsibility for every movement we make.

I have loved and been loved.

I've been stuck in odd places, stranded in high places, caught in strange places, intermixed with crazy people.. and enjoyed every minute of it!
