I am currently working and travelling my way around around New Zealand with my girlfriend, Simone. So far we have been here just over 6 months and have travelled most of the South Island, our next road trip will be from Franz Joseph up to Nelson along the west coast, we can't wait!!!

In England I worked in a gym as a personal trainer but while we are traveling I mostly do manual work such as construction and farming as it is easy to come by and the shorter term contracts fit better with my wanderlust. For the last 7 weeks my girlfriend and I have been working on a dairy farm milking cows so we are more than ready to get back on the road!

In the past I have worked and traveled in a number of different countries including USA and Australia, when my visa expires in New Zealand I'm looking forward to choosing the next place to explore!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanted to take the opportunity to meet local like minded people and hopefully when I am settled in one spot I will be able to become a host and look forward to exchanging experiences with travellers from all over!
