About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Continue to feed my travel bug the nutrients it craves...
ABOUT ME
I'm a fairly relaxed and creative person. I conferred a Bachelor of Psychological Science in 2009 and have been working with children since 2007. I was tutoring until I finished my degree at which point I moved into the field of Child Safety, working for the Queensland Government's Department of Communities (Child Safety Services) as a Child Safety Officer. I have been traveling since July 2012 around Europe and the UK and currently live in a hostel in Edinburgh's City Centre.
Friends might describe me as passionate, creative, cheeky, chilled out, down for anything and someone who seeks out new experiences. I have no set return date to Australia and would love to meet new people all over the world with common interests.
PHILOSOPHY
Everything tastes better with a good wine!
Interests
I love listening and playing to music. I enjoy cooking in general, good food and wine. I love the outdoors and am a keen mountain biker, hiker and camper. There's nothing better than seeking thrills and trying new interests and hobbies. A lot of my time is spent reading and languages intrigue me. I learn Spanish in my spare time.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like to read books of different genres simultaneously so that I don't get bored. You might find me reading a factual book such as a biography or a book to learn new skills one day and see me with my head deep in a fantasy novel the next. I like to change up reality and fantasy often to keep my brain active and creative.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Listening to music and writing whilst watching the sun set from Lido island at the end of a perfect day in Venice.
Snowboarding indoors at the artificial snow field in Dubai.
Coming home from a night out in Lucerne as the sun was rising and getting straight onto a tour that took me to the top of Mt Pilatus as a snow storm set in.
Running with the bulls at the San Fermin festival in Pamplona.
Drinking steins at Oktoberfest in Munich.
Snowboarding from the top to the bottom of the Tatra Mountains in Poland.
Cycling from Edinburgh, Scotland to Santander, Spain over the course of two months.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and who speak different languages so that I can compare perspectives and maybe gain new insight from their experiences.
