To bring up our little ones to be as kind and generous as the people we met while travelling.

ABOUT US

We are a couple who have been together since 2007 and been on many travelling adventures together. We are very lucky to now own our own home so we would love to host as many people as we can to pay back all the kindness we have received over the years.

We once drove across Europe and around the Caspian Sea in an old Skoda and have also traveled around the World without flying using a cargo ships, trains, buses, a very unreliable van and various sailing boats!

We worked on farms along the way and find it interesting how things are made and grown around the world.

We both enjoy learning about different places particularly the bits outside of the city which a lot of people don't see. The way people live in different places, how they do things, what they eat etc.

We believe we are easy going and thoughtful. We would love to host people who can share stories of travelling or who just need a place to sleep for whatever reason.

We love the outdoors and moved to Devon to be closer to the sea and an outdoor lifestyle.

WE HAVE 2 KIDS!!! Who are amazing (we think) but also very loud and excitable!

We now also have a dog - Willow a very bouncy and loving cocker spaniel!

We just believe that you should always be kind and generous. We have witnessed immense kindness on our travels and now its time to pay it back.

We have been welcomed into peoples homes across the globe and now its our turn to pass on the generosity we received.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have participated in a variety of couchsurfing, workaway and wwoof experiences and are really interested to meet some new people and find out about their lives and local knowledge.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driven 8000 miles around the Caspian Sea in a 24 year old Skoda Favorit!

Seen the bio luminescence from dolphins swimming in the night.

Seen the Northern lights.

Circumnavigated the globe without flying

Sailed across the South Pacific Oceans

Had a beautiful boy and girl who bring happiness and laughter every day!

Ok so thats more than one but how can you choose!

Teach, Learn, Share

Would love to share our experiences and learn about other peoples. WE love cooking and would love to share recipes and learn how to cook other styles of food.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are a bit limited by the kids, work, after school clubs etc at the moment but you are more than welcome to share our home and use it as a base to explore the local area!!

We would love to share meals and play games or socialise when the timing works out! Our kids probably have a load of questions to ask you!
