ABOUT ME

We've been a couple for over 14 years now and like each other a lot. You might say it's never boring when we're around. We've both studied art, Sabrina is a illustrator/care-taker Rob is a computerart/electronics specialist. We like to open our house to new friends and to meet new friends while traveling around the world.

PHILOSOPHY

We strongly believe that people are nice. the couchsurfing project couldn't exist without this believe. So we feel very comfortable with the main CS ideal.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By opening our house to people we don't know. We find a positive way of looking at things, thats what we think CS breathes out. We're eager to hear and tell stories about the world from around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We travelled trough the USA and couchsurfed a lot. Our best experiences within those 3 month were with CS'ers. We had an absolutely amazing time! It's our priviledge to try to return that as hosts.

Interests

Most of all, People. Next to that we like to dance, create, look at, or talk about art. Listen to all kinds of music, watching a movie. Just having a good time is also a very interesting thing to do. Enjoying nice food, and doing all that while smiling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Rob likes to listen to all kinds of music but especially to bands like Queen. But pop music is also high on his list. He used to play organ in a band which he liked very much. Sabrina is a fan of populair extravagant acts like Lady Gaga, Rihanna, The Baseballs. But also of more classic names like Aretha Franklin, Johnny Cash and Louis Armstrong.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We travelled the USA for three months, that was absolutely a fantastic experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can share our ways of looking at the world. We'd like to learn to know the people we visit/stay with, what they do and why.

Sabrina is an excellent illustrator and can teach you a lot about making drawings. Rob has knowledge about electronics and about the conceptual side of art.
